Near the hotel there are paid parking lots (Ha'Tzorfim parking lot, Ha'Namal parking lot), as well as gray-zone parking spaces where you can park according to municipal signage.

Not arriving at the scheduled treatment time will shorten the treatment duration. To respect the time of all our guests, treatments begin and end on time. It's recommended to arrive about 20 minutes before the treatment starts, also to prepare your body for the experience.

It's recommended to bring a swimsuit and sportswear for the spa's advanced fitness room.

The pool is open during the swimming season (April-November). The stay time for spa guests is two hours. Entry to the pool will not be permitted without purchasing a spa package. (Not even for an additional fee).

There are separate dry and wet saunas for men and women. There is no jacuzzi in the spa area, for hygiene reasons.
