Treatment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

AT THE JAFFA HOTEL

A. Introduction and General

1. This policy constitutes an integral part of the terms of engagement between L. Raphael Ltd., owned by Ronit Raphael Science of Beauty, Wellness and Longevity Ltd. which operates the The Jaffa Hotel Beauty Spa, a beauty spa at the Jaffa Hotel (hereinafter: "the Spa") and the client, i.e. the party ordering the service (hereinafter: "the Client"), and it applies subject to the provisions of any law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Consumer Protection Law") and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010 (hereinafter: "the Consumer Protection Regulations"). In any case where a contradiction is found between the provisions of this cancellation policy as detailed below and the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and/or the Consumer Protection Regulations, the provisions of the law / the regulations, as applicable, shall prevail.

2. Only the party who ordered the service may cancel and/or change the date of the ordered spa services, even if the service was ordered on behalf of a third party, unless the party who ordered the service grants the third party written authorization to act with respect to the cancellation / rescheduling of the service ordered on behalf of that third party.

3. Booking a treatment, confirming a treatment date, and/or providing payment details constitute full agreement to everything detailed in this policy document.

4. For the purposes of this document, the term "treatment" includes any treatment and/or other service ordered and/or provided at the Spa.

5. The cancellation policy set forth in this agreement was determined, among other things, taking into account the need to schedule therapists, including therapists with the appropriate training for the ordered treatment, the allocation of treatment rooms, the ordering of products that may be required for the treatment, and the difficulty in finding alternative clients for cancellations shorter than the periods set forth in this policy document.

B. Cancellation Timeframes and Policy

6. The timeframes below apply both to a transaction entered into at the Spa and to a transaction made remotely, i.e. a treatment booking made without the physical presence of the client at the Spa, including by telephone, website, email, or any other means of communication.

7. A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days from the date it was made, with a full refund, subject to the cancellation restrictions set out below:

א. Treatments for individuals and couples: The date of a treatment scheduled for an individual and/or a couple may be cancelled and/or changed up to 48 hours before the scheduled treatment time, without charge. A request to cancel / reschedule the treatment within less than 48 hours will result in a full charge for the cost of the treatment booked.

ב. Group treatments for 3 to 6 participants: The date of a treatment scheduled for a group of 3 to 6 participants may be cancelled and/or changed up to 7 days before the scheduled treatment date, without charge. A request to cancel / reschedule the treatment within less than 7 days before the scheduled treatment date will result in a full charge for the cost of the treatment booked.

ג. Group treatments for 7 or more participants: The date of a treatment scheduled for a group of more than 7 participants may be cancelled and/or changed up to 14 days before the scheduled treatment date, without charge. A request to cancel / reschedule the treatment within less than 14 days before the scheduled treatment date will result in a full charge for the cost of the treatment booked.

8. Cancellation of a treatment package: When a client purchases a treatment package and requests to cancel it after having used some of the treatments, it is clarified that the refund due to the client will be calculated such that the treatments already performed will be priced at their full cost rather than at the reduced price resulting from the package purchase. In addition, a treatment package may be cancelled within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that no treatment from the purchased package has yet been used.

C. Manner of Delivering a Cancellation Notice

9. A notice of cancellation or rescheduling shall be deemed valid only if delivered in writing to the following email address: thejaffaspa@l-raphael.com and/or if delivered in person to a Spa representative at the Spa itself. The time of receipt of the cancellation notice shall be determined according to the time the notice is actually received in the Spa's email inbox, during regular business hours.

D. No-Show (No Show)

10. Failure to arrive for a treatment at the scheduled time, for any reason whatsoever, without a cancellation notice in accordance with the timeframes set out in this policy, shall be regarded as a late cancellation and shall result in a charge for the full cost of the treatment or booking, with no refund.

E. Payment, Charges, and Refunds

11. At the time the booking is made, payment details will be collected to secure the booking. In the event of a cancellation that meets the conditions set out in this policy document, a full refund of any amount collected shall be issued.

12. In the event of a late cancellation, i.e. not within the timeframes set out in the cancellation timeframes section above, or a no-show, the full price of the treatment shall be charged and the charge shall be deemed lawful, reasonable, and proportionate.
