Seven Foundations
Ronit Raphael's seven foundations of beauty: the scientific philosophy for Longevity
Beauty, longevity and true harmony

At the center of Ronit Raphael By L.RAPHAEL's international approach stands a revolutionary insight: your skin is the most accurate mirror of the state of your body and mind. The "Seven Foundations" method, developed by Ronit Raphael together with a team of scientists led by Prof. Paolo Giacomoni, combines groundbreaking science, advanced technology and a holistic lifestyle.

“True beauty begins with inner balance. When a person is balanced, the skin glows and the mind opens.”

Dr. Raphael Gominer

The science behind the method: why seven foundations?

Clinical studies led by Prof. Giacomoni prove that skin aging is not the result of age alone. Environmental and internal factors such as stress, UV exposure, air pollution, poor nutrition and oxygen deficiency create a state of Micro-Inflammation (persistent micro-inflammation) in the body. This inflammation accelerates collagen breakdown and impairs the cells' ability to renew.

The seven foundations are designed to halt this process, restore balance to the body and create "beauty from within and without".
“If we only treat the skin and not the internal causes of damage to it, the results will never be complete.”

Prof. Paolo Giacomoni

The first foundation

Stress Management - Stress management and deep relaxation

In our busy daily lives, the body operates under constant strain. Stress causes the release of neuropeptides that trigger micro-inflammation mechanisms and harm the skin, appearance and energy. Proper stress management improves skin quality, regulates the nervous system and restores inner balance.

“Every day you need to find 20 minutes for yourself. Just to be. It's life-changing.”
Ronit Raphael

The second foundation

Nutritional Management - Balanced nutrition and beauty from within

Nutrition directly affects health and skin: sugar causes glycation, a lack of antioxidants harms cell renewal, and an overload of processed foods creates cellular fatigue. The skin needs natural ingredients, vitamins and minerals to stay vital.

“What you eat is reflected in your skin. Good nutrition is the foundation for beauty and a good mood.”
Ronit Raphael

The third foundation

Age Management - Managing aging processes

Aging with vitality

Time passes, but quality of life and skin depend on how we manage it.
Lack of sleep, stress, UV exposure and hormonal changes affect the rate of renewal and the production of collagen and elastin. Advanced technology treatments stimulate the skin from within.

“Sleep, the right habits and skincare – this isn't just aesthetics, it's life management.” Dr. Auslander

The fourth foundation

Medical Management - Medical balance – health as the foundation for longevity

The skin is a living organ, and its condition depends on the body's internal balance. Periodic checkups, monitoring deficiencies (vitamins, minerals, hormones and more) and medical support allow early detection of imbalance, treatment of pain and strengthening of overall function.

“Once we know what's missing and what's out of balance, we can build a real treatment plan.”

Prof. Paolo Giacomoni

The fifth foundation

Aesthetic Management - Advanced aesthetics and daily care

Aesthetics is not a whim, but an essential part of personal wellbeing and self-confidence. Regular treatments, proper cleansing and the use of precise products directly affect the appearance of the skin and quality of life.

“Take care of yourself on the outside the way you take care of yourself on the inside. It creates a complete change.” Ronit Raphael

The sixth foundation

Physical Management - Movement, flow and a feeling of vitality

Physical activity improves blood circulation, reduces Anoxia (cellular oxygen deficiency) and improves skin quality and energy. Studies show that even 7 minutes a day significantly affect vitality.

“The body needs movement. Consistently.”
Dr. Raphael Gominer

The seventh foundation

Leisure Management - Leisure, community, joy of life and energetic renewal

Quality leisure time reduces stress, boosts creativity and improves the nervous system.
Moments of joy directly affect the skin and the immune system.

“Give yourself time to enjoy. It's not a luxury – it's pure energy you need in order to flourish.”
